神奈川県横浜市に本拠を置くバイク用品メーカー「Kaedear（カエディア）」が設立したレーシングチーム「Kaedear Racing Team」。

2025年シーズンは、FIM EWC世界耐久ロードレース選手権SSTクラスで2024年に総合2位の成績を収めたフランスの名門「RAC41」とタッグを組み、「Kaedear Racing-RAC41-HONDA」として鈴鹿8耐に参戦します

ライダーにはChris Leesch選手、Kevin Manfredi選手を迎え、メカニックを含む12名のフランス人スタッフもチームに合流。世界レベルの体制で、SSTクラス初年度優勝を目指し挑戦します
