The "Takumi" motorcycle cover features a unique dual-layer construction. To protect your bike from rain, wind, dust, and UV rays, the cover is manufactured with separate outer and inner layers, each using the highest quality materials.
Each layer is designed with its own unique 3D cut, requiring twice the effort of a standard cover. The outer layer is coated in gunmetal to prevent UV degradation and finished with double stitching to reduce water seepage and increase seam strength.
The inner layer utilizes heat-resistant materials tailored to specific sections to minimize scratching against the motorcycle. This is a masterpiece crafted by skilled artisans, designed to meet the high-level demands for daily usability and fitment expected of a motorcycle cover.

【Product Features】

● Main Material: The gunmetal outer shell is made of "Polyester OX 250 Denier."
It is UV-resistant and highly durable.

● Main Material: The black inner layer at the rear is made of "Broad," a special heat-resistant material.
It is safe to use even if it touches the engine or muffler after riding.

● Main Material: For the front upper inner section, we have adopted "Polyester Pan-Lace," a soft material with high protective properties for the screen and handlebar areas.

● Sewing: Double Stitching
To increase strength and reduce water entry,
all stitching is done with a double-stitch, dual-layer construction.

● Center Belt
A belt to prevent the cover from blowing away. Can be attached or detached from either side.
Uses the same Advanced Inner material found in the Takumi Advance series.
It will not melt even from muffler heat.

● Double-Sided Buckle
The buckles and adjusters are equipped on the anti-blow-off center belt.
Designed to be strong against pulling and resistant to loosening. Equipped on both sides.

● Handles
Handles are provided for convenient removal—two in the front
and one in the rear to improve operability. Made from materials resistant to UV degradation.

● Lock Holes
Equipped with lock holes for anti-theft devices on both the front and rear.
The front (yellow) and rear (black) are color-coded, making it easy to identify the front and back when putting the cover on.

● Double Stoppers
Equipped with hem-tightening cords at the front and rear.
We use professional-grade double stoppers used in authentic outdoor gear, capable of withstanding strong winds.

● Air Vents
Air venturi vents are installed on both side panels.
This is a design feature to prevent moisture buildup inside and suppress the occurrence of rust.

● Tail Mark
Attention to daily usability. Only the rear panel is black,
serving as a mark to identify the rear when attaching the cover.

● Storage Bag
Includes a dedicated storage bag. Made of breathable mesh material,
making it easy to use even if the cover itself is damp.

【Changes from the previous model】
1. Changed the center belt to a heat-resistant specification.
2. Changed sewing to double-stitching to strengthen and reduce rainwater intrusion.
3. Increased the number of handles at the front top to two, making it easier to remove.
4. The handles are now made of UV-resistant belts that are less prone to UV degradation.
5. The storage case is now a hybrid of mesh and taffeta.

【Precautions when using the Takumi motorcycle cover】

The Takumi motorcycle cover is a dual-layer structure.

1. The inner cover (black cover on the inside) is made of heat-resistant material, but
　 the outer cover (silver cover on the outside) is not heat-resistant.
　 The outer cover will melt if exposed to heat.

2. Because the outer cover will melt if it touches hot objects,
　 please be very careful when putting the cover on to ensure the outer layer
　 does not come into contact with hot parts while the motorcycle is still hot.

3. If you are concerned, please wait until the motorcycle has cooled down to some extent
　 before putting on the cover.

【Features discontinued from the previous model】
The large rear Velcro belt and the included S-hook have been discontinued.
