The Kaedear HEATWAVE series is a line of windproof and thermal riding gloves developed to make touring, commuting, and school travel comfortable during cold seasons. We offer three types to choose from based on your purpose and riding style.
KDR-H-GL5W (HEATWAVE)
A thermal glove without a heater. Designed for light weight, high flexibility, and excellent operability. The palm features an anti-slip finish to support a secure grip. The outer fabric is treated with a water-repellent coating to reduce moisture from water droplets and short periods of rain. Ideal for daily use such as commuting and city riding.
KDR-H-GL5WH (ELECTRIC HEATWAVE)
An electric heating model equipped with a 7.4V lithium-ion battery. The batteries can be stored in dedicated pockets on both wrists, allowing for cordless, unrestricted operation. Supports 3-level temperature adjustment (45°C/50°C/60°C) and can be used for up to approximately 7 hours and 20 minutes. Provides uniform warmth from the back of the hand to the fingertips, making riding in cold regions comfortable.
KDR-H-GL5WB (THERMOLINK 12V HEATWAVE)
A high-power model that draws power directly from the vehicle's 12V power source. It heats up quickly from the moment the power is turned on, providing constant, stable warmth without worrying about battery life. No need for charging, making it ideal for long-distance touring or riding in severely cold regions. Easily connects with the included SAE harness for consistent heating.
【Wiring Specifications (KDR-H-GL5WB)】
This model is powered directly from the vehicle's 12V battery. The wiring is long enough to provide about 2 meters of reach from the battery to the left and right gloves. There is plenty of length to route wires under the seat or through the cowl, and they can be used immediately after connecting to the battery. The harness is protected by a waterproof sleeve for peace of mind. ※Caution: ●When putting on/taking off the gloves or while riding, please ensure the wiring is not pulled or pinched. ●When connecting or disconnecting the connector, always hold the connector itself. Pulling on the cable or applying excessive force may cause wire breakage or poor contact.
【Water-Repellent Fabric and Touchscreen Compatibility】
The outer shell uses water-repellent fabric that beads off light rain and water droplets, allowing for comfortable use in environments like short periods of rain or morning dew. The windproof polyester back protects your hands from rain, wind, and harsh weather, while the waterproof membrane and brushed cotton lining keep your hands dry and warm. *We recommend using a rain cover or similar protection when riding in the rain for extended periods. Furthermore, high-sensitivity conductive material is used on the fingertips, allowing you to operate smartphones or navigation systems without removing the gloves. *Not compatible with all fingers.

② Depending on the screen or type of screen protector, the touch function may not respond or may become unresponsive.
③ Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, or tumble dryers, as they may cause the fabric color to fade.
④ If dust or dirt adheres to the surface of the gloves, please wipe it off. Machine washing is not recommended. If the gloves get wet, let them air dry naturally (avoid using a dryer).

【Manufacturer's Warranty】 ■Manufacturer's warranty period: Six months (expires on the same day as the date of purchase) As these are consumables, we will address issues such as fraying that occur during the course of normal use. Tears due to rubbing/abrasion do not constitute a product defect. Should a defect be diagnosed as resulting from a product flaw, we will deliberate based on our manufacturer's warranty policy and provide free repair or replacement. For commercial use, the manufacturer's warranty period will be halved (e.g., if the manufacturer's warranty is 1 year, it becomes 6 months, expiring on the same day 6 months after the purchase month). What is a product defect?
A product defect is a malfunction which can be restored to the original specifications of the product by repair or replacement. However, cases where the product specifications (specs, functions) do not meet the user's requirements are not considered product defects.
What is an initial defect?
If a malfunction occurs due to defects caused by individual differences in materials or manufacturing during normal use within 6 months of purchase, and the symptoms can be clearly confirmed in advance with images or videos, it may be considered a manufacturing defect, and we will first mail a replacement product free of charge. After receiving the product, you will use the return envelope enclosed and return it to us for inspection. If the product is not found to be defective upon inspection, we will replace it for a fee. Even if it is within 6 months, depending on the product and the state of damage, it may not be considered a manufacturing defect. We will handle it as a manufacturer's warranty, not as a manufacturing defect.
What is a manufacturer's warranty?

Regarding defect inspection

Regarding cash on delivery
If you return the item cash on delivery, we will refuse to accept the item unless you make a reservation for cash on delivery. We will only accept the item if you have made a reservation in advance.
<Common examples of electrical equipment>
When you report a malfunction in an electrical device, we will send it back for inspection, and there may be no problem with the product itself.
The power supply may be the cause, such as poor contact of crimps , high resistance due to terminal corrosion , loose fuse holders , short circuits due to wiring rubbing , and concentrated wiring due to the addition of electrical equipment . In the unlikely event that there is no problem with the product, we ask that you cover the round-trip shipping costs (including postage and return envelope fees). Regarding returns at your discretion

- Product defects caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, accidents, and fires.

- Product defects caused by processing or modification of the product (excluding product defects not caused by processing or modification)

The following items cannot be covered:

There is a storage limit for your items.
If it is discovered that the cause of the defect is not the product itself, but the power supply, installation method, or handling method, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee that we would normally cover. If you do not pay, we will store the product for one month, and if the period is exceeded, we will refund at least 10% of the purchase price and dispose of the product.
