[2-way grip heater/separate type]

High-output grip heater with a maximum output of 45W. Supports two installation methods: using the genuine throttle cone or using the included throttle cone. Spacers are included to adjust the grip length and bar end cap length. If the handlebar diameter of the grip part is the standard 22mm, the accessory design makes it easy to install on vehicles with grip lengths of 115mm, 120mm, 125mm, and 130mm. The grip outer diameter is 32mm, which is close to the operability of the genuine grip. The clutch side grip can be fixed with a set screw. All connectors and controllers are waterproof to IP67, making it easy to install on vehicles where the harness is exposed, such as naked and American models. The remote control restarts from the operating state before the key was turned off, and the output mode increases each time the button is pressed.

[Installation method for each grip length]

■115mm: Because the grip is 120mm long, the grip end will protrude 5mm outward from the handlebar. For models with bar end caps, please use the included 5mm bar end spacer to install. ■120mm: Can be installed without using spacers. ■125mm: Because the grip is 120mm long, the handlebar will protrude 5mm outward from the handlebar. Please use the included 5mm grip spacer on the inside of the grip to install. ■130mm: Because the grip is 120mm long, the handlebar will protrude 10mm outward from the handlebar. Please use the included 5mm grip spacer x 2 on the inside of the grip to install. *If the bar end cap interferes and affects throttle operation, please use the included 1.5mm bar end spacer to install. *For models without bar end caps, please use the included end cap. *Changes to the length of the handlebar end are at the user's own risk and must be made in accordance with safety standards.

[Throttle installation method ]

■ Electronic throttle: Remove the genuine throttle cone, smooth out the unevenness of the cone surface with a disc grinder or similar tool, and insert it into the grip of this product. Glue the grip and throttle cone with the grip heater bond. If you use a grip spacer, pass the spacer between the throttle cone and the grip beforehand. ■ If the genuine throttle cone and the included throttle cone are the same shape: Make sure that the included throttle cone can rotate smoothly inside the throttle case before inserting it into the grip of this product. Insert the throttle cone end from the outside of the grip. Glue the grip, throttle cone, and throttle cone end with the grip heater bond. ■ If the shape of the genuine throttle cone does not match: Remove the genuine throttle cone, smooth out the unevenness of the cone surface with a disc grinder or similar tool, and insert it into the grip of this product. Glue the grip and throttle cone with the grip heater bond. If you use a grip spacer, pass the spacer between the throttle cone and grip beforehand. * If you use a grip spacer, pass the spacer between the throttle cone and grip beforehand.
